Whole black truffles (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.)
Excellent for use with cooked, cut into fine strips to enrich dishes such as pasta, meat, and cheese omelets. Used to flavor food stuffed galantine, and pizza.
Conservation: will keep for 3 years at room temperature. Just after opening, leave it in the fridge, in its liquid form at a temperature from 4Â°/8Â°.
