Sterilized butter and pure truffle flakes are combined together in an enveloping flavour. Indispensable in the kitchen to make each dish. You can use individually or in combination with the white truffle cream, for topping of canapÃ©s, risottos, pastas and to enrich preparations made from potatoes and cheese; excellent to prepare the bÃ©chamel sauce. Store in refrigerator after opening.
Ingredients: Butter 94%, 4% Bianchetto truffle (Tuber Albidum Pico), salt, flavouring. Does not contain additives
